1. Order Adjustments & Cancellations
- 24-Hour Grace Period: We offer a 24-hour window for any changes or cancellations for a full refund。
- Processing Phase: After 24 hours, your order enters the studio preparation and precision quality-check phase。Once an item has been secured for global dispatch, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee。
2. Studio Quality Assurance (The Glimmo Standard)
To ensure every piece meets our standards of optical clarity and material integrity：
- Pre-Shipment Inspection: We conduct a rigorous multi-point check on every object, including frames, filters, and decor。
- Verification: We maintain a studio record (including photo/video proof) of each item’s condition before it is artfully packaged for you。
- Our Promise: If you receive an item with a studio-verified manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost。
3. Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item for other reasons:
- Notification: Please contact our studio support within 14 days of delivery。
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original studio packaging (including cases, cloths, and authenticity cards) in pristine, unused condition。
- Logistics: The client is responsible for secure return shipping and any associated customs fees。
4. Exclusions
- Items showing signs of improper use, accidental breakage, or unauthorized modification.
- Art objects or filters marked as “Final Sale” due to their delicate or limited-edition nature.
5. Return Authorization
All returns require a Studio Authorization Code. Please contact our team to receive the correct regional distribution center address and full shipping instructions。
